Orders are fulfilled by a third party fulfillment center, therefore we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order. Orders are fulfilled by a third party fulfillment center and may take up to 3 business days for your order to process and receive tracking information. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Please note that packages receive periodic scan and tracking updates as they move through carriers systems. It is possible for a shipment not to have scans for a couple of days if it is being processed at a facility or in transit, especially during periods or long travel to reach its destination.

When the order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number as well as your order details. You can also sign up to receive notifications via text or Facebook Messenger when placing your order.

Once the package is marked delivered, boyfriendperfume.com is not responsible for the actions that proceeds it. USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class International Mail do not include insurance for its packages - which is the standard delivery option for most products on the shop.If you wish to insure your package, please make sure that Route+ is applied at checkout. If you insured your order with Route+, please use the separate email sent by Route+ to file a claim directly with them. More information about filing a claim with Route can be found here. 

If you receive a defective item, we will send a replacement if contacted within 14 days from the day you received your item. Include your order # and photos of the defective item in your request. Please email us directly at help@boyfriendperfume.com.

Unfortunately once a product has been opened, we are not able to accept it as a return. We encourage all of our customers to purchase a Boyfriend Sampler Discovery Kit first before committing to a full sized bottle.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can email us at help@boyfriendperfume.com with your order # and the correction and we will do our best to update it for you. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, as orders are processed instantly and are fulfilled within 3 business days in most cases. Since orders are fulfilled by a fulfillment center, we will not be able to make any changes to an order if the shipping label has already been printed.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us immediately at help@boyfriendperfume.com. Be sure to Include your order # and correct address.

We will not be able to make changes if a shipping label has been created, or if an order has shipped. If this is the case, you will need to contact the carrier to inquire about making any adjustments to delivery.

If a wrong address is entered, Boyfriend is not responsible for packages that are shipped and delivered to the wrong address, and refunds or replacements will not be provided. Please double check all information before placing an order and again when you receive your confirmation email.

For US* customers, we offer an online payment option that allows customers to pay in 4 interest-free installments over the course of 6 weeks, for orders between $35 and $2500. Your first installment payment is taken out when your order is placed (you can review the payment schedule at checkout).

If your automatic payment fails and you do not update your card details, Klarna may charge you a late fee up to $10.00 USD per installment payment. Klarna sends email reminders before an installment payment is due and you’ll also receive an email if the payment was unsuccessful.
