HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of placing your order. A shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent out as soon as your order has shipped. Once the package is processed through USPS, it will deliver within these timeframes: Domestic: USPS Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)* USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)* USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days)* International: Allow 14 business days to process and ship. (Possibly longer, depending on location.) *Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and processed.

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order at yourboyfriend.com prior to finalizing your purchase at checkout.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You cannot cancel your order if it has already been fulfilled and shipped. You cannot cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it. The orders are processed instantly and are fulfilled within 1 business day in most cases. If you need to cancel, please contact email@example.com within 24 hours to avoid discrepancies.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
If you receive a damaged item, we will honor an exchange within 14 days from you received it. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to speak with our support team.

MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/STOLEN. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Unfortunately, once the package is marked delivered, yourboyfriend.com cannot be held responsible for the actions that proceeds it. USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class International Mail do not include insurance for its packages - which is the standard delivery option for most products on the shop. If you wish to insure your package, please select PRIORITY MAIL for your shipping preference at check out. Your package is insured up to $5,000 and it is included in the Priority Mail shipping cost.
